Coming in late here... Yes the small ones are etiolated. Tops should generally be wider than below or the same width. Both are polaskia chichipe and i say that with absolute certainty. Looks like a thrixanthocereus to me. Could also be a cleistocactus (im not very well versed in this genus) but definitely South American not mexcian
