Just noticed my cactus had some brown spots today.. I repotted about two weeks ago and didn't notice them then. Any idea what they are or how to remedy?!

Just noticed this white fuzz on my cactus (not sure of the type - any help identifying would be much appreciated as well). If it's not normal is there anything I can do for it?
