Is it advisable to degraft and plant the entire clump, perhaps after removing the offsets around the base which prevent the main head from touching the ground or if someone can guide on reducing the length of the stock such that the clump appears to be planted on the ground.

Thankyou for the reply.. Alongwith these healthy plants I picked a sick grafted plant(stock completely rotten) just to give a try for degrafting. I thought the cutting would be easy by its not so as I found a shaft from the stock which is pierced deep inside the scion.. I have tried to clean the sto...

Ned help for degraftin
I need help to degraft these three plants. Can someone guide me to authentic youtube link or any other authentic source. I found some videos but those are of pereskiopsis as a stock however this one is some other stock.

Newly brought Astro Ornatum looking sick
I recently purchased this from online store. The base of the plant looks brown in color although it is not soft. Its now almost three weeks since this is potted however the brown color surrounding the base annoys me. Can someone suggest me if this is some disease or is it normal.
