I think another cactus started to grow again, but it's hard to tell. I hope it is!

I didn't use any pesticides before this started. Now I'm using neem oil. There is some green around the crusty spots now so it might be going away but I am not sure. I had them further away from the lights earlier in the year but they started to stretch, so I put them a little closer and they stoppe...

And why is it they were doing fine under that grow light for months and others next to them never got this and they were the same kind.

I didn't fertilise anything in my greenhouse.

One question though. Does that mean I shouldn't start cactus seedlings in winter anymore? I did in the past and they grew great even though it was December, January and February.

Update: tried new fertiliser almost 2 weeks ago and still not growing. A couple of other plants in the grow room (where they are at) are growing and I keep that grow room warm and lit by strong grow lights all year. It is where my seedlings and baby plants stay.
