I realize that. not to many places have grass trees
& still not gonna come out & say precisely where i am or what i grow apart from the saguaro.

Thanks for the links & advise guys. I was planning on hiring a tilt tray truck, the kind they use to carry cars for the move Dave. I'm thinking that i might weld up a long steel framed crate with lifting hooks & tine holes for the actual move & to make it easier to unload it. Good point ...

Unfortunately the only mention Leptocereus gets in The Great Cacti is on page 225 where it says that Armatocereus & Leptocereus are more or less direct descendants of primordial cacti, presumably Pereskia or something similar.
