The blooming plant is mammillaria spinosissimma 'un pico' which happens to be almost spineless

That's stenocereus thurberii. It looks like there's another different stenocereus in the far back

Thank you everyone for these kind comments! Hahaha...how do you plan to do that? Holding that cactus for repoting is a problem by it self...hahaha I use a thick piece of foam and lay the cactus on it. It makes handling so much easier. Ariocarpus has been very easy from seeds for me. What will be considered intermediate are species needing seed aging or chipping or stratification or species that are very slow growers

I really like the look of clay pots but plants never really thrived for me in them for the reasons you stated. If you insist on using clay pots, you can see them with whatever is available to you. My favorite is to use the inside and outside with surfboard wax and bake it for a couple of minutes. Yo...
