I think is more correct "Echeveria affinis"
Can anyone confirm that?

It does not looks like "black prince", in my opinion.

I think it is an Echeveria agavoides form, not Black P. and not affinis

More likely one of the many hybrids - doesn't look like "Black Prince" though.
