How to cure graft fungal infection?
This is happening to a few of my grafts. They grow like normal, but then the scion gets covered in a rust color and then stops growing and gets dehydrated. Here are a few pictures of it. What is it and is there a cure for it?

Mites maybe?
And as the walls come down and as I look in your eyes
My fear begins to fade recalling all of the times
I have died and will die.
It's all right.
I dont mind

Looks like mites infestation. Esp. if this appears after some time and stock is not affected. They like dry air. Inspect under zoom to see those. Sprinkle with water every day. Or maybe with oil emulsion 1 or 2 times.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.

Water the scion or the soil?

The plant itself, the mites don't live in the soil. A daily misting will do a lot to discourage them, may be the only control necessary.

I did some research, and I found this could be Fusarium. It is apparently known to infect non-succulent leafy plants like trees and houseplants, but does anyone know for sure if it infects cacti? Anyway, I am still having trouble with this somewhat, so I went and bought some neem oil which will arrive in the mail shortly I am also using Hydrogen Peroxide to try and treat it.
