Is it rot? What can I do about it? I planted this pot about a month and a half ago. The new section of growth (next to the potential rot) on the cacti happened since it's been in the new pot. I may have overwatered a little during this new growth in my excitement for spring and summer, but I only just noticed the yellow about a week ago.
Thanks for any help or suggestions.

I would prune off that little bit. Doesn't really look like rot, but better to be safe. Slice it off at the pinched-in spot just above where the new pad takes off - if there's no discoloration in the cut surface, you're good to go.

That arrangement isn't going to work for long. The cactus needs drier conditions than the other succulents.
