Unknown pest on Fockea edulis

Hello all,
On my Fockea edulis branches an minor on the
leaves is a white sticky/powdery stuff.

Does anyone know what that may be ?

Mealies? Have a dig inside that stuff and see what insect is in there.

If it looks furry and if u squish it it oozes a brownish stuff then its a mealy

There's nothing inside the white stuff.
Could it be fungal ?

Can't tell in yr pictures but sometimes when my plant's leaves get scorch burns it looks like it has almost a fluffy coating that rubs off to reveal a brown/black spot that was covered in a little white fur type thing, it may be that aswell but i can't really see for sure, what did it look like after u rubbed the furry stuff off, cause sometimes mealies can leave furry trails of where they have been moving around and not be in the one u personally poked.

definately looks like mealies(but not totally sure). the white fuzzy things are often the nestsof them, and that means a lot of stuff, and little to squish. a closer photo of the underside of the leafs and a closer photo of the white fuzz would be very helpful.
