Cactus yellowing

Post by HP22B »

I have this Lophophora jourdaniana that's starting to yellow and I'm not sure why. It has been growing rapidly this summer, could it need more nutrients?

As in too much sun or too much heat? Or both?

Note that it's on one side, not the other - was the side with yellowing facing the sun?

Looks like the early stages of sunburn, given protection it should recover without being disfigured.
