Mammillaria Luethyi shriveling up on graft.

im not entirely sure what happened to my mamm. Luethyi but all of the pups are shrinking one by one. It has some rust colored spots but I was told by the seller that it was probably just from allowing condensation to accumulate on the tips. My question is how should proceed. I have tried to save it with some tubercle grafts onto opuntia, but none have taken. Should I de graft it and attempt to regraft the unaffected pups?

Notice how the ones on the left are all shriveled, and the ones on the right seem ok.
