Hello, I got my Pachypodium Saundersii a couple of months ago and it had plenty of completely green leaves (as you can see in picture 1). Now, it has lost most of it's leaves and those that are still there have discolouration. Please could somebody tell me why this happened and how to stop it? Thanks

That's exactly how look my Adenium leaves. I'm affraid they (mine) have mites or something. But not sure about yours.
Re: Pachypodium loss and discolouration of leaves
Pachypodiums (lamerei, saundersii) have deciduous foliage and it's fairly common that especially a new plant with leaves all along the trunk drops most of them when established in a new environment (only the top ones left). This is supposed to be a sign that it should have a rest and hopefully it will start new leaves after that.
Adeniums are even worse - they seem to drop leaves (after yellowing) for no apparent reason just when they feel like it However new leaves will appear (unless it's totally dead).
If there is a pest it looks like (false spider) mites - although I have only seen them on cacti.

Thank you very much

Certainly gives the impression of mite damage.

If there are mites you should be able to see them with a good magnifying glass on the leaf as small red(dish) dots - not moving around.
