1. I don't think the insect is anything to worry about, it doesn't look like a standard pest on succulents
2. You have very minor damage to the waxy coat on the leaves, could have been drops of insecticide spray from a plant nursery, or tiny drops of something exuded by an insect. Or something else... It doesn't look worth worrying about!
3. This is minor physical damage, it looks like it's healed up OK, so nothing to worruy about. In the recent past, something has knocked/scraped aganst the plant, and/or ripped a leaf off, and /or had a minor meal grazing on the stem. I could imagine a slug or snail causing those scars. If ther aren't any obvious pests around, I'd relax, but do keep vigilant for snails etc in the future.

Just one more question...

Those babies leafs, started growing a while ago.... ibought this plant back in may. Annd the new leafs grew with the spots too. Could be from the umidity then? Because I never sprayed em. And can u see that little brown spot at the leaf? Is that something? Or, again, nothing to worry about?
Can i just go on without worrying about the plants?

Thank you, again. :)

The "bugs" could be an Thysanoptera, some eat plants, some are hunters.

It's something to worry about, then?

Maybe... maybe not...depends on the species.

They *might* be springtails. If Im not mistaken these guys hang around in decomposing soil and such, the concern would be, what are the condition of your roots and what kind of conditions do you have going on in your pots?

Some of my plants i did kept in the soil they came from the store... some i changed the soil... but i didn't had really clean it's roots... i just kind of shake the old soil and replanted on the new one... but the little bugs kept showing up....
So the solution i found, despite being a little hardcore... was... i washed all my plants... top to bottom. Even the roots... cleaned as much as i could the roots and the leafs... obviously with attention and delicately.... i washed em... let em dry... washed them pots.. and replanted in new soil
so far they seem ok and recovering.
I also brought they inside my home to observe better....
I hope this will do and they stay ok.
Thank you guys for your feedback.
I'm attaching a picture of my plants in treatment.

I agree with the people who submitted the previous posts. The insect is either some kind of thrips (Thysanoptera) or it is a springtail (Collembola).
Both of these do have members that feed on plants.
Thrips are generally more tapered toward the abdomen and may have fringed wings. They crawl or fly away when disturbed, but cannot jump.
Springtails do not have wings and their body is either cigar-shaped or roundish. As their name implies, these animals can jump a considerable distance when disturbed.
