I don't know what it is.
Most insects aren't harmful, and some are beneficial, so spraying to kill everything whenever you see an insect isn't needed or appropriate.

And some leaf succulents have a decorative waxy bloom to them (like the one in your other post), lots of sprays will damage the appearance of this coating.
Re: What insect is this?
This was the first time that i sprayed em. I have never did that before. I did that because of the tiny bugs that i'm still not sure what it is.

maybe something in the Psallus group
Re: What insect is this?
There is a good chance, that the bug is a plant feeder. However, I cannot tell at this time, what the scientific name of the insect is.
I am going to copy your photo and take it to work on Monday. Two of my colleagues are entomologists and they should be able to help me pinpoint the genus and perhaps also the species of this insect.
At the very least we could figure out the family designation and that would tell us, if the insect is a plant pest or not.

One thing I forgot to say:
If you supply an image of an insect, you need to give the following information, which will help figuring out what kind of "bug" it is:
1. One image showing the whole insect as seed from the top (dorsal view)
2. One photo showing it lying on its side (lateral view)
3. One picture showing it lying on its back (ventral view).
You did a good job, getting close enough for your image. The dorsal view shown is the most important one.
It would also be helpful, to have a ruler in mm next to at least one of the digital images. It is otherwise hard to tell, if you photographed a small bug or a large one.
