Hello,
I have had my cactus for about 4 years, and recently it has started to become a little off colour and kind of squishy?
Could this be something I am doing/something that I can combat?
Thank you!

I just spilled some of the soil by accident, it's not usually so empty haha!

Could use another view. It may be corking, but I have not seen that with my collection and/or a lack of water and has shrunk. Or starting to rot. I included a picture.
