My cactus has gone white/orange all around the bottom and I'm worried that it might be rotten. I've never had any issues with my cacti before so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe and attack of both mealy bugs and spider mites?

Thanks! I've looked online and it looks like I have mealy bugs on a few of my other cacti too. I've sprayed them with rubbing alcohol and I'll see how they go.
