These lesions look like fungal ones to me. In the light areas within the spots, surrounded by the dark border, there are small pimple-like structures visible. Those would be fungal fruit bodies. These contain the spores of the pathogen.
You can either cut the diseased parts off and dispose of them or perhaps try using a fungicide on your plant.
If the lesions have multiplied in the past weeks or grown larger, this would be an indication of a plant pathogen, in this case a fungus. I did go and look on Google Images at "Mesemb Diseases", but I could not locate anything that resembles the lesions shown on your plants.
