Echinocactus grusonii seedlings
Nothing wrong, some are more exposed to light then others. Pigmentation is a natural reaction of cacti. You can do some shading but make sure your seedlings will not get elongated afterwards.
If they look like these you shouldn't be worried. My seedlings: last September.

If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.

And now how do your seedlings look? Îs everything ok ?
Re: Grusonii seedlings
They look almost the same, not much changed during the winter, just got little greener and now again more red as sun raised higher in the spring. I keep these at room conditions at eastern window.
But also have another pot of seedlings from next batch still under lamps in a baggy. Very crowded and some are reddish as well.
These are ~ 2 months old.

To attach an image you need to get the file size down to a maximum 500 kb.
Seedlings turning a bit reddish is fine, they turn purple if the light is seriously excessive. I've see pictures where they were so dark they were almost black, growth is severely depressed at that point.
