Hello everyone!
Grusonii 7months, this problem apearred after i start to water them above (till now i watered them from the bottom). Could this be the reason of rotting(if i understood right) ?
P.S. They are under artificial Light.

your guess is correct. Some of your plants have succumbed to root rot. The two yellowish ones do have a reduced, water-soaked base, which most likely is also quite soft. The roots most likely are gone too.
Some of the others will probably pull through. Sometimes a plant will fall over, if the water is applied too quickly and the soil is washed away.
That is, why it would be a good idea to use a spray bottle with a mist setting.
Somebody on this forum most likely will be able to give you some good advice. I do not have any experience growing cactus in a pot from seed, because all my plants are kept outside in the ground year round.
