Chance, Leo J. Cacti & Succulents for Cold Climates: 274 Outstanding Species for Challenging Conditions. Portland: Timber, 2012. Print.
I just finished this book, and I thought it was excellent. It's not so great for people trying to identify cacti, which unfortunately is what I'm trying to do, but it contains all the information a person would need to get started making a cactus garden in a zone 6 or lower region. Highly informative and engaging with lots of great pictures.
