The second Ariocarpus scapharostrus is particularly nice!

some new pictures in this thread. Hope you are all fine?
Here in Germany we have now the first snow for this year. All plants are in greenhouse, well packed in a warm temperature (9 degree).
Some Astrophytum caput medusae grafting from august 2017
Echinofossulocactus
The frost hardy cacti like Echinocereus, Sclerocactus, Pediocactus are outside, protected from rain.
But, it`s enough with this winter pictures. Some pictures from autumn.

The best time for ariocarpus watching in habitat is november.

What a beautiful collection! I particularly like the stones on the top of the ariocarpus. They really blend in.

yah ... the stones really do a good job of showing off youir cactus. i SO wish that MY greenhouse was that large. an incredible collection. thanks for doing this posting. i'm sitting here with my jaw dragging the floor!!!
