Often when I go to Walmart I check their cacti. They usually have nothing really good, but I go anyway. Yesterday when I went, they had received a new shipment and hadn’t even unwrapped it. I immediately noticed a variegated cereoid near the back and promptly bought it and a few others, but the variegates is the only one worth posting till the others get bigger.

There is no cactus you can't eat, but you just might regret it if you eat the wrong one.

Never seen a variegated Neoraimondia herzogiana. Cool!

Thanks for the I.D. It’s my first variegated columnar and was only $4. It was definitely a score.

Flowers from a few days ago, I had to put a space heater on them so they could open properly.
