I finally received the package with seedlings!

14 plants and 7 species (2 plants per one species)

70 - Gymnocalycium ragonesei
138 - Gymnocalycium schroederianum LB2271
137 - Gymnocalycium ferox v.ferocior
68 - Setiechinopsis mirabilis (Echinopsis mirabilis)
69 - Turbinicarpus flaviflorus
174 - Neochilenia occulta (Eriosyce occulta)
148 - Turbinicarpus klinkerianus

Yesterday I bought Gymnocalycium. Bruchii maybe. I will waiting blooming for sure identification.

One of the firsts cactus in my collection. I can say that collection started with this Mammillaria bocasana

No, this is my first two Setiechinopsis mirabilis.

First blooming of Mammillaria surculosa

they are fun to watch bloom. They flower only at night. Then will die off.

Thanks for the information. My ones about 2-2.5cm (about 1 inch or less) height. Is it possible that the will bloom this summer?

Alessandro. About 2 years ago I had a plant that grew to about 4" - 10cm. It bloomed over a 3 day period and died off. I currently have 6 plants in the greenhouse. 1" to 4" in height. All are pushing up flower buds. The larger has already bloomed 4 times over the last 14 days. They are supposed to bloom just after dusk. These have not. Sometime through the night they have opened up. A 3" bloomed 7 days ago and has started to grow a seed sack. I'll post some pictures for you.
I learned about the "don't turn a light on" thing the first night when I turned on the porch light. I went back in to grab the camera (1 minute) and the flower already had started to close up.

Wow! That is amazing! I thought that they bloom a few time per year. What about watering? Is such blooming require constantly watering?
