CSSA & Affiliates section?
Had a thought... maybe add a CSSA section to the forum for discussion of CSSA events, journal articles, etc. In hopes to gain more interest and prompt some folks to join. Those who are already members, know it's well worth it.
There is always atleast one journal article worth discussing a little deeper and getting different points of view.
And then maybe add sub-sections for the affiliates the members here are a part of and would like to post about events past or upcoming, field excursions or whatever the club is up to.

how about a subsection in general or maybe Books and References called say "clubs and events" ?daiv wrote:I'm trying to figure out what sub-section is best for this. I suppose just the general place? Miscellaneous?
Anybody got a second opinion on that?

A whole new CSSA section with affiliates as sub-sections?
Or maybe a sub-section off the books and references? General seems a bit too general, but it fits pretty good as a reference and website...
Either way, thanks for setting it up Daiv!
edit: doh, we posted the same thing at the same time...great minds think alike hob!
