miniature garden
Its cloudy and cold today. I had the time to get out into the yard to get some shots of the various plants in my miniature garden.
Opuntia species 'little monk'
Echinocereus chlorathus, it has a bit of cold damage, but will still flower it seems
Opuntia heacockii
O. viridiflora, hopefully it will flower this year
O fragilis, 'Alberta sunset'', with some 'roundup' treated, soon to be dead, grass
O fragilis 'black cat'
E missouriensis
O fragilis 'potato cactus', partially covered by a young mullein plant
Opuntia species 'little monk'

Great to see every thing breaking dormance!! I look forward to flowering season with great anticipation!!
It's nice to see a close up of 'wavy gravy'. I've only seen the shot on Kelly's web sight. I didn't realize the edges of the pads were wavy also. It will be interesting to see the flowers.
PeterPan is going gang busters! That is the polyacantha that never gets mature pads, isn't it? Very cool!
