First one is a Mammillaria. M. polythele? M. hahniana? Plus cristate bits ...

The second one is a cactus and not native to anywhere in Africa. Probably some sort of Echinopsis (Trichocereus).

The last one is Parodia mammulosa.

The cutting is very small and probably difficult for anyone to identify. Do you have any pictures of the mother plant it was taken from?

I've never heard of an echinopsis bridgesii monstrose... Unless you meant echinopsis lageniformis monstrose, formerly known as trichocereus bridgesii monstrose.
