Hatiora herminiae getting copper red dots

I saw copper red/brown dots on this cacti that got my concern.... almost on every segment ... what could it be and any hope? fungus?

Are they outdoors? If so, I've seen this on other plants before & suspicious of acid rain! But really don't know.

no thay are indoors, have this plant on its own roots and 2 grafted, they dont stand next to eachother but all 3 of them getting the spots... my fear is fungus attack

Could be rust, try watering with a systemic fungicide.
