why these cacti look like this? is it fungous?
it was happening for the sides that was back to the sun & haven't enough light.

hmm I dont think it's fungus. Have you had mealies or other little sucking bugs on the plants?

I agree with Peterthecactusguy. The sympstoms visible do not indicate the presence of a fungus. I would say, that it is something not even having been caused by an insect, but more like mechanical injury, sunscald, etc.. It is strange, that the epidermis around almost all the areoles of that one Opuntia seems to have lifted off, causing those whitish lesions. At the very least your plants do not have an infective disease as far as I can tell. We would need to know what has happened to the plants during the last couple of months to have caused the change in appearance. Were they placed in full sunlight outside after having been indoors for a long time? Did you turn the pots around for the shaded side of the plants to face perhaps a warm window pane? Were any chemicals used on the cacti? Were the plants moved around and perhaps were pushed into each other?

hmmmmmm I have had quite bad mealy damage before it could be that
