Possible monstruos horizonthalonius ?

Hello guys ,
Because I recognise your great experience in this field,
I want you to have a look to some of my E. horizonthalonius seedlings . . .
Most of them are doing very well and grow up constantly,
but some have kind of strange growth and unusual apex
I'm gonna show you a couple of them :

Seedlings are a couple of years old and the two strange ones are about 5/6 mm wide . . .
Because they didn't shrivel up and keep surviving among their brothers I was wondering :
a) Are they a sort of monstruos form of horizonthalonius ?
b) If so, what am I suppose to do ? Should I live them in the pot or should I graft them to have more chance to keep these seedlings alive ?
c) If your opinion is that I should graft them what stock would be more suitable ?

I've already done some graft . . . some worked some others didn't . . .
I have a couple of mirtyllocactus, a couple of harrisia and some peresk !!!

If I were to guess I'd say the seedling was likely damaged at its growth point at a young age and is struggling to recover to a normal shape.

I agree with HP22B, it's characteristic of what I see happen to my damaged seedlings. You could try grafting it, and there is a chance it could do something weird. I would probably use harrisia, the seedlings look too big for pereskiopsis.
