I pot them yesterday, so i let them with no water for 7-10 days ?
After that how often to water and fertilize ?

No water until roots develop, then water lightly at first. Gradually water more deeply as the root system expands. Water when dry, not on a schedule. I wouldn't worry about fertilizing until next year.

25 days now it looks like first photos but not roots untill now

I do have limited experience with cacti, more of a succulent guy but I had to take some cuttings from cacti in the past. Mainly when ordered and the plant arrived with rot already. So.... I did take a cutting several times, let it dry for about a week. Then planted but in much more gravel like soil as you use, I use Bonsai Jacks succulent gravel for everything. I just stuck the cutting in the soil, waited about 2 weeks and started to stare about every 2 week, a good deep watering. but again thats in gravel like soil. Never checked root development and just hope for the best. I could feel after a few weeks when gentle pulling that roots must have formed. So far all the cuttings are happy and grew into full plants.
