Sick lithop

Post by Melissa:) »

Hello,
I think my lithops are either sick or have some kind of pest but I can’t figure out what it is. What could be wrong and what should I do?

In my experience, these tiny little pockmarks may be made from slugs or bugs. I have seen little mice do it as well.

Lithops are edible to just about everything including people, which is why they are naturally camouflaged so well. They taste sour and disgusting though, so I don't know why animals are so keen to munch on them.

Thanks! It's an indoor plant so I'm not sure what could be getting at it. Do you have any advice for keeping bugs off or do you think I should just hope it goes away on its own?
