It hasn't got the latispinus flat central hooked spines - but it might be because it's still small - so, yes it's possible

Yes, looks like an young F. latispinus.This is (supposedly) a small latispinus
Small cacti of the same genus look similar.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.

First is definitely macrodiscus.
