I think it's not Sedum, but I can't figure what genera could it be.

Something like Pachyphytum compactum cristata.

There's a Graptosedum that looks a bit similar, but I think the Pachyphtum may be closer

I have a crested Graptopetalum amethystinum which is very similar.

Thank you folks. I lean towards Graptopetalum amethystinum. I've found some pictures of specimens that looks very similar to the one I've photographed.
