Just bought from a big box store. I washed off all the dirt to check the roots and found these warts all over the base of the plant. The plant itself isn't squishy at all, and the roots look mostly fine. Just wondering if these warts are anything to worry about. Is it some kind of bacterial/ fungal infection or just scars?

Hi Steve,

A couple of things here. First, you might want to do this...

For reasons explained in the link, you'll get more page views and responses in the Succulent Growing Help forum. Since you're requesting advice, my only concern is that you're going to the best place for it -- I'm one of the moderators, so with your permission, I can move the thread over there if you give me the okay.
