Plant started to droop, but no rot?

I bought this plant about two years back as a small seedling. It would have been about the same height as the seedling on the table and simply marked "Cereus".

We've had some strong winds and warm weather (30C+) for the last few days. Yesterday when watering I noticed this plant was leaning over very slightly and just assumed it was caused by the wind. But, today I came out to find this plant completely drooping over like this. I don't see any signs of rot so I'm a bit lost as to what might have caused this.

Nothing much to worry about. Probably grown just a bit too soft (a bit too much water and/or nitrogen and or not enough light) If you stake it and treat it a bit harder it will correct itself quickly.
