How big is that? Might be a young zeilmanniana.

I don't think it's a Mammillaria. It looks like a Turbinicarpus.

Yeah, these have some of the larger Mammillaria flowers. I'm not quite sure if this taxon was part of the recently proposed Cochemiea reclassification.

Can't find the article now, but I think they lumped all the hooked spined Mammilarias into Cochemia? Not all "Mammillarias" have small flowers.

Mammillaria guelzowiana (the species that looks similar to Mammillaria bocasana until it flowers!)

They haven't studied exactly that species but Mammillaria guelzowiana is renamed as Cochemiea.
