It was a present from a friend. The label just said"Huernia sp."
I found that it is similar to macrocarpa, but I'm not sure. Any idea?

Hallo Nina,
Huernia sp is fine because it is the Huernia with which the genus was described. I.e. it is H. grandiflora, as far as I can see. Lovely plant!
I leave mine in the half shade on the balcony during summer and at a cool place inside during winter. Do beware of mealy bugs. When you see them, spray them immediately with methylated spirit. If necessary, just get the plant out of the soil, get rid of all the roots where they hide, bath it in methylated spirit (doesn't hurt the plant, only the pest) and replant it.
