Hello Everyone,
OK after a couple private messages, I'm passing along the contest management to Michiel (DieTer-Xz). He is actually the one who first proposed the idea of a contest in the first place. He will now set up the contest, start them out, start the poll, announce the winner, etc.
He also can modify the format if he wants as I know he wants to make the contest the most enjoyable for all members.

| i think after the contest is over, a new post should be created in which the second or third best picture of the same contest which otherwise we cant post should be posted . this will allow us to view many pics with same subject. |

Will do that too . A second and a third place. Daiv, what about opening a seperate page on CactiGuide with the contest winning pictures?
And I'm thinking about a Picture of the Year-contest. What do you guys think?

Well, I've been putting the winners on this page, but if you guys want to do it within the forum, that is ok. Only we'll have to transfer the pictures to cactiguide so that they will not be deleted later on.
