Thank you Bryan and Kane!
Unfortunately I don't have a pic of the mother. I'm not sure if it even still exists at the facility., given that they have since undergone renovations and reorganization.
Cheers,
George

Succulent from Ohio State University Greenhouses
Would anyone be able to assist with the identification of this succulent please? The initial small cutting came from an unidentified plant in the desert house of the Ohio State University Biological Sciences Greenhouses. At the time the cutting was taken, the mother plant was almost leafless, if not...

Re: Kalanchoe? Crassula?
Thanks for the name Tom! Actually this plant was grown directly under a combination of 400W metal halide and 13W LED grow light (2000K), so lighting is not an issue here. This is actually its normal form, at least when blooming. Parent plants demonstrated the same growth form when grown in the Ohio ...

Kalanchoe? Crassula?
Can anyone give me a clue as to the name of the species posted below?
It has red flowers borne on upright stems, although it has gone to seed now.
Is it a Crassula or a Kalanchoe?
Cheers,
George

Re: Haworthia marumiana?
Thanks again Spence! I have another pot just like this one, but from a different single clone. It's slightly different in general leaf flexion, in having more erect leaves that the posted specimen. Similar leaf patterning. So are you generally agreeing that it is probably H. marumiana v. batesiana? ...

Haworthia marumiana?
Hello all, Would greatly appreciate assistance in confirming my tentative identification of this Haworthia . I think it may be Haworthia marumiana var. batesiana , but it doesn't quite match the venation of the typical batesiana I've seen online. It appears more 'splotchy' to me. Does anyone else ag...

Haworthia identification?
Hello all, Would you be so kind as to please take a look at these pics of a clone of what was identified as Haworthia turgida from the Ohio Sate University Biological Sciences Greenhouses and confirm that id or otherwise, if it might be a different species, form or hybrid? I have placed a quarter in...

Re: Haworthia parent cross identification
I've had some others suggest that it's a Haworthia cooperi var. cooperi? Thoughts?
