Re: Hana's cacti
G'morning Nino_G, My goodness Frank, what happened to those A. kotschoubeyanus f. Rio Verde? These cacti are degafted ones. They rely on own-roots but the character of "grafted" has still remained. There was a competition which was shortest period from seed to flower in a domestic cactus f...

Re: Hana's cacti
G'morning xiaohuage123,
Some one of this forum member may be able to tell the exact meaning.
Frank
Honestly I do not know the exact meaning of "jarmilae". Since "Jarmila" is a Slavic origin female given name, jarmilae is not a man, I think.jarmilaes is a man?

I post two photos of ariocarpus species today. 1st photo is a retusus cv duo-fingers. I have never bought seeds of this cultivar but the cactus shows duo-fingers character. 2nd photo is a retusus v furfuraceus cv Daruma Seiji. I normally take photos when flowers open. Re: Hana's cacti
Ariocarpus retusus shown on attached photos were propagated from seeds which were given by my friend as "retusus cv cauliflower".
Unfortunately these cacti do not show the character of cauliflower at all. The colour of flower is also abnormal.
