Yes it would be Gymnocalycium mihanovichii 'Hibotan' a grafted Gymnocalycium. Usually the plant under the Gymno is a Hylocereus and it doesnt resist in winter with the low temperatures. This is the cause of the high death of this kind of Gymnocalycium
