Here is dragon fruit plant
And i doubt it ,but it should be Acanthocereus tetragonus according to me

Mammillaria longimamma root system is not good + slow growth and can die easily when over watered or in rainy season. Due to all this i tried grafting it . If Carbo has succeeded then I guess i will try to graft again in summer season

And about those 2 monstrose Pup should i let them on mother plant(but they will be getting less energy & slow growth due to so many Pup on cactus around 20 pup on it)

Imo I'd say those pups are monstrose, I have several mature e. oxygona plants and they never pupped like that, when they pup it's always from the lower areoles on the cactus and the pups don't pup themselves until they reach a greater size To re-iterate, these are not monstrose cacti - they are pup...

To see how much other species are susceptible i have graft two more different cactus on monacantha peres but due to winter they are now dormant. There is also one more cactus i have, but not able to graft it on other( It has never fuse with other) Red Bunny ear cactus on monacantha Peres IMG_2020122...
