My Cereus jamacaru is 44 Years old that i got as a kid it reach a hight of 10 feet before i had to painfully cut it to move it... It wouldn't fit in the U-haul. My second oldest is a Euphorbia lactea cristata that's10 years old.

DaveW thank you. What's the best way to cut them off? Is there something i should put on the main plant to help the sap from oozing onto it's self? I read to dip in root hormone just after cutting then let callous over, true or not. On my Cereus i always wait till planting but with the Euphorbia I'm...

TimN i would love to have a Seguaro but i would never reach it's full potential here in Oklahoma. A photo would be cool.

Thanks anttisepp. After searching more i found out it is grafted and as you can see in the picture top right there's a arm that has reverted to Euphorbia trigona the host plant. That's awesome anttispp.. When i received my Cereus jamacaru i also received a seedling of Gymnocalycium saglionis and a Astrophytum myriostigma. My Gs i called my fish hook cactus, it got about the size of a large grapefruit. My AsM was about a foot tall before having to give them away. Would reall...

Need identifying

I know the biggest one with new growth is a Cereus jamacaru it's from main cactus. The skinny one was given to me about 10 years ago along with the coral/brain looking one any idea on their names and or origins... Thank you.

Thanks DaveW, the flowers are smooth and after more searching it looks like it's a {Cereus jamacaru}. The description is the same especially the thick woody trunk, long needles and smooth white flowers with very light pink tips.
