Please help identify this Euphorbia. It has very dense thorns with leaves similar to Miliii but smaller. I thought it might be Genoudiana or Gottlebei.

It is a rare find in the nursery - Stenocereus beneckei, probably inermis form (cultivar, with no spines). I just bought this thinking it might be the "booby cactus" but don't think it is now. The nursery just had it labeled as Assorted Cactus 4". Any thoughts? Thanks for the help,
