My wife decided to introduce her De loooong side branches to the sides of its trellis a few weeks ago, creating an Eiffel tower look.

Visited several cacti nurseries in Vegas, Arizona and San Diego last week and showed images of cactus in question and none of the employees could not ID it. Most said maybe a sick grusonii. Thought I'd get a more definite answer on my trip.
