Re: Looking For Dyna-Gro All-Pro 7-7-7 Replacement

Hello Steve-

My watering can is 3 gallons and each watering session I fill it up about 7 times, so I use about 21 gallons once a week.

Oh by the way, I was luckily able to find more Dyna-Gro All-Pro 7-7-7😁

Re: Looking For Dyna-Gro All-Pro 7-7-7 Replacement

If I were to make a gallon stock solution of K2SO4, is there a “best used before” date or can I used this solution for awhile? The Potassium sulfate stock solution is good unless and until you see algae clinging to the sides of the jug. Took me about 9 or 10 months to see it happen for the first ti...

Re: Looking For Dyna-Gro All-Pro 7-7-7 Replacement

I wouldn't recommend mixing up more fertilizer solution than you can use immediately, bacteria can grow in that where they couldn't in the concentrate. 👍🏽 I was heading towards what greenknight has said. If you use 50 gallons each time you water, then no problem mixing up that much. If it is going ...

Re: The Cal-Mag of my dreams?

Great, looking forward to your results.

You, Mr. Jerry, Mr. Iann and the greenknight are my guru’s when it comes to fertilizer questions for my agaves which I greatly appreciate.

Good Growing,
OWgave.

Re: The Cal-Mag of my dreams?

Hello Steve-

Was just wondering if you thought of the “end of the summer review” of the TPS Cal-Mag on your collection?

Would love to know if I should add it to watering regiment.

Good Growing,

Still haven’t a clue as to the ID of this cactus.

Really? A few of us mentioned Echinocactus grussonii, and a nursery men told you the same, and you don't have a clue?
Nope, not quite convinced yet.

Re: Help ID Mr. Grungie Puhleez

Hello Fellow Cacti Lovers- In another xeric forum, someone mentioned his light colored echinocactus went from light gold to a barrel similar to Mr. Grungie when he brought it from San Diego to Tucson, Arizona when he moved there. Either his planted adapted strangely or would all golden barrels down ...

Hello All-

Just got off the phone with Dyna-Gro regarding the no longer in production All-Pro and she said most growers like their Orchid Grow better.

Re: Looking For Dyna-Gro All-Pro 7-7-7 Replacement

Hello Jerry and Steve- Is it possible to put 50tsps of Floramicro and 50tsps of Florabloom into a 50gal. rain barrel and just fill up my watering can each time I water my agaves? I know it will be back braking work, but I’m not sure if my garden mixing sprayer is that accurate. How long will the mix...

Re: Looking For Dyna-Gro All-Pro 7-7-7 Replacement

Hello Steve- My agaves are all in air-pots and in 100% LECA/hydroton. Air-pots to avoid being root bound and LECA/hydroton to avoid root rot. So i’d say my agaves are in a quick draining soil-less, nutrient free container, which i water once or twice a week depending on how hot the weather is. I wi...

Re: Looking For Dyna-Gro All-Pro 7-7-7 Replacement

Hello Jerry-

When I used Dyna-Gro All-Pro 7-7-7, my sprayer is set at 1tsp per gallon. I have been using the DGAP 777 for less than a year and the plants seem to be doing fine with it.
