It's been awhile since I've been on the forums. Lifes been moving pretty fast, in my last year of school now and focusing on keeping it all together takes up most of my time. My friend is doing Art and for his Art Major (One big piece of artwork that sums up the whole year) he wants to draw t...

:P Wow cool, Congratulations! I hope someday I'll get the chance to propose. I'm going to cut a small hole in my stomach then put the ring in the hole. I will then hire an actor to stage a home invasion and shoot me with a blank round- my girlfriend runs in screaming and the actor runs away and then...

Starter Cacti
Lots of drama has been going around in my social circle recently and one of my female friends wants something to take her mind off everything, so she asks me if she can have one of my cactus to start growing. Now I am ecstatic at the idea and as I'm talking to her, my girlfriend asks me if she can h...

WOW!!! I get these at my school,I've tried to ask people about them but they just looked at me like I was crazy. If they are the same things I found then they are small worms that poke their heads up to the surface to breathe as they can't breath in the wet soil. Get a flat edged object (ruler) and ...

yup, I think I was wrong. hahaha (as if that never happens LoL) If I was able to get as close as you (you could still be correct) then I would consider myself a cacti master :P. I spent 2 hours hauling through every genus on cactiguide...and found nothing. Although I did come across some cool ones-...

I'll try to get another pic up within the next few days. It's got a few hairs about 2 cm long sprouting from the base of the spines. But a picture says a thousand things so I guess we'll have to wait till they're up. I also don't think it's an echinopsis spachiana, it has intermittant angeled spines...

Hairy cacti,
I recently purchased this from a gardening store (nice find I think), so I just spent 2 hours going through every single picture in the database...And I couldn't find anything that had the same spinal properties and had the wool. Maybe a pilosocereus? (sorry about bad picture quality, can't find oth...

Is there a way for me to constantly remain logged in to cactiguide or have I got to log in each time I open firefox?
