Ferocactus Johnstonianus. Amazingly they seem to be quite readily available in most European countries.

Surprisingly I am having a hard time finding any detailed info as far as cultivation on this particular plant other than there is no way to duplicate their growing conditions ...

Hah! That's awesome. You should check it out. He has an amazing variety of unusual plants inside and out. He usually has a good selection of Yucca Rostrata also. A word of warning though, he is pretty pricey.
