Nice plants and very nice presentation....

I've tried previously to get an ID on this one but no luck. I've had it for 10+ years; it bloomed (yellow) once a long time ago but since then it just sits and looks at me. It has been the same size forever (5.5 inches tall and 5 inches wide at the top) Wonder what it is ???

This top one (two pictures) is 2.5 in. tall...very slow growing (6+ years in my collection) but healthy This next one (two pictures) is 4 in. tall and 5 in. across and developing off-shoots

The third one (two pictures) looks like a mam sempervivi but not sure...4 in. across and 3 in tall

I've tried to get an ID on this one several times in past years but now that it has bloomed maybe an ID will be possible. Any ideas? the plant is 5 1/2 in. tall (minus spines)
